Have the world fighting for your business...Compete 4 Me!
Business really does get better when the world is allowed to compete. Products have more quality and they cost less. Take competition out of the way and people lose their ability to care.
It's a basic matter of logic. When people have to compete, they put more effort into their work. Companies try to figure out a way to attract more customers. The way to do that is to offer better products at a lower cost.
Pharmaceuticals actually do what they promise to do. And the cost is driven way down so that it's more affordable. Pharmaceuticals and the medical field are only the tip of the iceberg. But, I like to use them as examples mainly because they're very important.
In my small city just a hop, skip and a jump from D.C., we have two hospitals. But years ago, the Health System was put into place and the two hospitals became a part of the same thing. It depends on what kind of attention you need as to which hospital they send you.
There are Emergency Rooms in both, but then your care is categorized and you are shipped to whichever hospital provides your type of attention. Plus now, they are building a third hospital only to change the other two into doctor's offices. I don't understand it.
While the cost of medical is going sky high, it only promises to get higher and higher. We're going to have to pay for the new hospital and all the changes happening. The way that's going to happen is when they pass the bill onto us when we visit the hospital for medical care.
Besides the fact that there is no competition now. When there is nothing to compete against, you don't have to worry about the quality of your services.
Ok so maybe I'm far from talking about loans, but the same principle works with loans. When companies are competing for your business, they are worried about getting it. They actually change policies to benefit the customer better. They actually work toward getting your business and that means more money, lower rates and longer periods.
Payday loans get extremely inexpensive when they used to be unbelievably high. The APRs aren't as outrageous as they used to be. That's what competition does.
So, enjoy the competition. After all, don't you deserve to have people working toward getting your business? I'd say you do.
