History Sweep can clear out your entire history...uh account numbers, credit card numbers...etc.
When you go on a website, your computer automatically starts storing little pictures and other data that help your computer to download the website faster next time.
Well, computers have been doing that for years. But lately, websites have been storing a certain type of cookie. It's a cookie that downloads on your computer and keeps track of everywhere you go. It's watching your shopping patterns. It's watching your surfing habits. Hint...hint...everything you do...online.
Just in case you aren't familiar with it, that particular kind of cookie is called spyware.
And look at what else is out there. Hackers getting your credit card information.
"Well, how do they do that?" You ask.
If you've every used it to make a purchase online, that information is still stored on your computer.
So, sit back and think of everything you've ever done online. Think real hard. You just might want to sweep your entire history off of your computer.
