    Do You Think You Can Slim Down in Two Days?




    2 Day Slim Down




    I started my diet. Hard core style. 3 Months Ago.

    I've lost weight and maintained the weight I am right now. But, I know how to lose a huge amount of weight in just a few days. It is possible and I'm going to show you how.

    First of all, the 2 Day Hollywood Diets work because they starve you. That's not good. But, they ARE on to something.

    I picked up two juices that are concentrated. They are supposed to be the only things you drink in that two day period. They are full of vitamins and minerals. So, here's the premise.

    It's like water. Water is a natural weight loss drink because it suppresses appetite and helps the body metabolize fat. Basically, you flush your system without much intake.

    The Hollywood Juices provide your body with the nutrition you need, but not the sugars and other substances that cause fat. But, you can only do it for two days. Otherwise, it's just not healthy.

    Now, back to how I lost 15 pounds in a four day period which actually started out at 10 pounds in two days and then the other 5 over the following two days.

    The first day I was on my diet, I had eaten the night before in a last dinner type of celebratory moment. The food was still in my system when I stepped on the scale. I also had a great deal of water weight.

    Throughout the first day of my diet, I lost a great deal of water weight. I put a belt around my waist and I put a suit on that would make sure I did a great deal of sweating. I actually walked several miles and then I did aerobics at 6:00 am the next morning with the "sweat" suit and the belt.

    I walked to the grocery store for food every day and I only bought enough for that day...less than my normal intake at that. Increase exercise. Sweat. Less intake.

    Good weight loss combination.

    Two days later, I woke up and immediately went to the bathroom. Then, I weighed myself to find I had lost 10 pounds. If you haven't picked up on the "hidden" message, I was at a maximum weight condition when I started and I was at a minimum weight condition when I weighed myself two days later.

    The first weigh: water weight, last night's dinner still in my system...

    The second weigh: water weight gone from sweat, the least amount of digesting food from the bathroom visitation in the morning...

    The next two days went like a snap and I lost another 5 pounds. Over the next month, I was able to lose another 15 pounds. The weight loss pattern had slowed, but it was on the right track and that's normal.

    30 pounds in a month isn't bad at all. In fact, most people would say that's unhealthy to lose that much in that little of time. I don't. Two pounds a day average is fine. That gives your body enough time to adjust. The first surge of weight loss will always be the biggest. Your body will feel relieved that much weight is gone...already!

    Then, the weight loss pattern slows to a comfortable level your body can handle. It's possible. And it's good for you!

    I don't want you to feel uncomfortable with your body. If you are comfortable, I'm happy for you. But if you want to lose weight, take action. Can't sit there and wish the weight away!

    Get Slim with 2 Day Slimdown




    Slimming Down Never Was Easier or Faster...


    On my first day, I weighed myself at 255 lbs. That was a day when conditions didn't matter to me. Had I just eaten? Most likely. Was I still holding water weight? Absolutely. These things make all the difference in the world.

    I put myself on my weight loss program and I followed it with a passion. No snacks between meals. No drinks other than water except for the prescribed juice during each meal. And I started walking more places.

    When I walked to the grocery store to pick up the exact foods I needed for the diet, I wore my weight reduction belt and my weight reduction jacket. These things aren't necessary for a successful weight loss program. But, I already had them so I incorporated them into my own personal weight loss program. If you don't have a weight loss belt or a weight loss jacket, just bundle up in extra clothes and make yourself sweat. Then, drink plenty of water. By sweating the entire way to and from the grocery store, I lost a good amount of water weight.

    The foods that were required by the diet were doing their own work too! The combinations of foods in my diet are maximized for successful weight loss. They burn more calories during digestion than are induced at intake. They raise my metabolism increasing my energy levels and generating an active lifestyle. The foods literally burn away multiplying my chances of weight loss success. In fact, you can begin to feel the effectiveness when the detoxification starts to take effect. I was disposing of my body's waste rather quickly because my body was not used to eating this healthy.

    Extreme Minimum Weight Conditions

    By the time I weighed myself earlier today, I was at a minimum weight condition. To put it in more fitting terms, I had already eliminated waste from my digestive tract and I hadn't eaten yet because I hadn't even had breakfast. So, my body was clean of any food, digested or otherwise. I had also just returned home after yet another grocery store walk. My walk had made me sweat quite a bit because I was getting more active for my walks. It wasn't just down and back. I took different directions and made real exercise of it.

    I took my shower as soon as I got home and I stepped on the scale in just a pair of workout shorts. If you haven't picked up on the little details that make all the difference, I was at maximum weight conditions when I weighed myself a week ago. As I just described, earlier this morning I was at an extreme minimum.

    A week ago when I weighed myself for the first time in this weight loss challenge, I had eaten earlier and was still digesting my food. I hadn't even begun to work on water weight. So, food was in my body and I was holding water weight. That's my maximum weight and it came out to be 255 lbs.

    When I weighed myself earlier today, I have been disposing of waste quicker than normal. I have taken several walks utilizing my weight reduction belt and my weight reduction jacket which have both contributed in the loss of water weight. I took a shower to wash off the sweat and immediately jumped on the scale. Today's weight is 240 lbs.

    It's possible. But, you have to literally change your mind in order to keep losing weight and make it happen for yourself. Remember that!
